Return Policy – Coverisimo

• According to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right to exchange purchased goods for similar items of different size, shape, color, model, or configuration, or to return the goods to the seller and receive a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Please note that this right applies only if the goods have not been used or damaged, retain their original properties and commercial appearance, and if the buyer can provide proof of purchase from the specific seller.

• Please note that all Coverisimo phone cases are individually made to order. Therefore, the 14-day return and exchange policy does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, in accordance with the applicable law.

• If you have any questions or would like to discuss a return or exchange, please contact us by email at info@coverisimo.com.

• Returned phone cases must be unused, in their original and undamaged packaging. A €5 fee will apply if the packaging is damaged.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 14 business days.
